Timber retaining wall
We have been building these log retaining walls for over twenty five years and have confidence in their effectiveness. Log retaining walls are a very good alternative to brick or concrete block walls, especially within the garden and rural settings.
All bank work has shingle placed behind the wall which effectively enables drainage. We can offer a variation of log sizes or wall heights and all timbers are pressure treated for long life.

has been cut away to accommodate steps. The pressure treated timbers are approx 8" dia and the upright posts are concreted beneath ground approx 42".
